The contract for the project was signed on 11.07.2016, with Kırıkkale Municipality as the client. Within the scope of the protocol signed between the Mechanical and Chemical Industry Corporation (MKE) and Kırıkkale Municipality, a 564-unit residential complex and a social facility were constructed on MKE-owned land using the tunnel formwork system. The project consists of 14 residential blocks, each with 11 floors, and a social facility building with four floors. The scope of work includes reinforced concrete construction, architectural and finishing works, electrical and mechanical systems, infrastructure and landscaping, vehicle parking areas and roads.

Designed to enhance modern urbanization and improve living standards in the MKE residential area, the project covers a land area of 40,000 m². It includes 564 apartments, each with a gross area of 150 m². Additionally, the project features two vehicle parking spots for each unit, as well as an open parking space with a capacity of 300 vehicles. The complex also includes two tennis and basketball courts within the social facility area, along with two security buildings to control entry and exit points.
