The construction contract for the Kütahya Emet Boron Oxide Production Facility, tendered by Eti Maden Enterprises General Directorate, was signed on February 5, 2025. This facility aims to enhance Turkey's boron chemicals production capacity and achieve high-purity boron oxide production.
The project includes the supply, manufacturing, and installation of all machinery and equipment, various piping systems, insulation works, electrical and automation systems, and the commissioning of the entire facility, with a production capacity of 5,000 tons of boron oxide per year. This investment will strengthen Turkey's competitive position in the boron products market and provide significant contributions to the regional economy.
