Muharrem Nuri Çelik

Project Coordinator (Construction)

Muharrem Nuri Çelik graduated from Cumhuriyet University with a degree in Geological Engineering in 2011. He began his career working on bored piles, anchorage, and various ground improvement projects. In 2013, he joined Gintek and served as site engineer, technical office manager, and site supervisor on several projects. Since 2019, he has been responsible for coordinating construction activities within our projects.

Coşan TEKTAŞ

Project Coordinator (Mechanical)

Coşan Tektaş graduated from Atatürk University’s Faculty of Engineering with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2010 and later completed his Welding Engineering program at Middle East Technical University in 2011. He gained experience in various industrial projects, primarily in international projects, for three years. Throughout his career, he has taken on key roles in the management of superstructure mechanical projects. Since 2019, he has been serving as the Mechanical Works Coordinator at Gintek.

Mustafa TUNCER

Project Coordinator (Electrical)

Mustafa Tuncer graduated from Kırıkkale University with a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2010. He began his career in the private sector, working in the IT field, and later specialized in electrical engineering, serving as an electrical-electronics engineer and inspector in the industry. As of 2024, he has joined Gintek and currently serves as the Electrical / Electromechanical Works Project Coordinator.

Recep DADAK

Procurement Manager

Recep Dadak graduated from Kastamonu University with a degree in Construction Technology in 2008 and began his career in 2009 as a Procurement Staff Member at Gintek. In 2013, he was appointed as Procurement Manager, a position he has held since then.

Mustafa Şafak ŞAHİN

Budget Manager

Mustafa Şafak Şahin joined Gintek in 2013, taking on basic accounting responsibilities at various construction sites. In 2017, he was assigned to the Head Office, where he worked as an Accounting Staff Member for two years. In 2019, he was appointed as a Budget Auditor, and since then, he has been responsible for planning site budgets, conducting profit-loss analyses, and overseeing cost control processes in line with the company’s policies.

Hakan DEMİRSU

Accounting Manager

After graduating from Eskişehir Osmangazi University with a degree in Finance in 2004, Hakan Demirsu began his professional career at Gintek, working as an accounting staff member in the Accounting Department. After 10 years of service, he was promoted to Accounting Manager in 2014, a position he has held since then.

Cihan KELEŞ

Human Resources Manager

After graduating from Anadolu University’s Faculty of Economics with a degree in Public Administration in 2008, Cihan Keleş held various roles in the administrative and financial affairs departments of different companies, overseeing accounting follow-ups and personnel management processes. In 2015, he joined Gintek, managing recruitment, personnel records, and other employee processes at construction sites. In 2017, he was assigned to the Head Office as Human Resources Manager, where he has since been responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of human resources processes in line with company policies.
